Before becoming a founding member of RMRK, Jeffrey developed experience working in a wide range of private practice settings, from the Chicago office of a multinational law firm focusing on complex commercial litigation and general corporate work to a boutique litigation firm in Indianapolis. Jeffrey also spent two years as in-house counsel for a real estate development company handling a broad range commercial leasing and contract negotiation matters.
Jeffrey collaborates with his clients throughout the lifecycle of a given dispute and prides himself on providing direct advice, avoiding lawyer-speak, to counsel his clients about the risks and potential and likely outcomes of a disputed matter, from the first meeting through trial when necessary. He draws on his more than two decades of broad-based litigation experience, which has included complex motion practice, hearings, and bench and jury trials.
